It’s a perennial mixture with Rape seed and all the right varieties of clovers to handle these conditions and will return next season, If there’s any sparce areas the following spring, gently rough up with hard tined rake and over seed.
Recommend fertilizer if its dry (19-19-19) or liquid 3 time per season and mow as needed at least one time per season.
