Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Big Buck Adventures order.

Unopened items: You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email bigbuckadventuresmn@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.

Opened items: Because our scents and lures are consumable products, opened or used items can't be returned.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the return.
